Our Programmes
Three engagements. Each one complete in itself.
From a two-week operating model review to a twelve-month advisory partnership — each Lumenroot programme is scoped, priced, and delivered as a standalone engagement with a concrete written output.

How Lumenroot structures advisory work
Every Lumenroot engagement starts from the same premise: the work should produce something the client can use, not a presentation they read once and set aside. That means the process is document-led. Sessions are preparatory and exploratory — but the output is always a written artefact the client owns.
We work within a defined scope and a fixed price. Before any engagement begins, the client has a clear understanding of what will happen, what will be produced, and how long it will take. Scope is not open-ended, and additional sessions do not generate additional charges.
All work is advisory and educational in nature. We do not act in a regulated capacity, provide legal or financial advice, or take decisions on behalf of the client. The operating and strategic work is the client's — we provide the structure and the counsel to help them do it more deliberately.
Introductory conversation
A free thirty-to-forty-five-minute call to understand the business and determine which engagement, if any, is a practical fit.
Engagement scoping and confirmation
A written scope summary is shared before any commitment is made. The client confirms the programme and the start date.
Working sessions and documentation
Sessions follow a structured agenda. Notes are shared after each one, and the document in progress is kept current throughout.
Delivery and handover
The final document is delivered, a handover session is conducted, and the engagement closes. The client decides independently whether to continue.
Programme 01
Operating Model Workshop for SME Founders
RM 480 · Two-week engagement
A structured two-week engagement for owner-led companies that want to sharpen the way the business runs day to day. We work through the operating model on paper first — roles, decision rights, weekly cadence, recurring meetings — then translate the picture into a one-page operating chart the founder can actually use.
- Process design and internal communication rhythm mapping
- Decision rights clarification — who decides what, and when
- Prioritisation frameworks for recurring workload
- Written operating model document as the primary deliverable
- One-page operating chart formatted for team use
- 60-minute handover session to walk through the outputs
Best suited for
Owner-led companies where the founder is still the primary decision-maker and the operating model has not been written down — typically companies under five years old or those navigating a change in structure.
Programme 02
Quarterly Strategy Cadence Programme
RM 2,200 · Three-month engagement
A three-month advisory engagement built around quarterly planning rhythms for small and mid-sized firms. Each cycle includes a planning offsite, a written quarterly plan, fortnightly check-ins, and a closing review. The work focuses on strategic clarity, internal alignment, and follow-through — suitable for companies with five to fifty staff.
- Planning offsite facilitation — half-day structured session
- Written quarterly plan as the primary deliverable
- Fortnightly thirty-minute check-in calls (six sessions)
- Closing quarter review — what was completed, what carries over
- Session notes and progress summaries after each check-in
Best suited for
Companies with an established team that want to introduce a formal planning discipline — often businesses that have grown past informal coordination and need a structured way to set and follow through on quarterly priorities.
Programme 03
Annual Strategy Partnership for Growth-Stage Firms
RM 4,500 · Twelve-month engagement
A twelve-month advisory partnership for established Malaysian businesses preparing the next phase of growth. The retainer covers an annual strategy offsite, quarterly review sessions, written board-style briefs, and ongoing access for strategic questions. The remit is operational and strategic only — best suited for companies with mature operations seeking a steady external sounding board.
- Annual strategy offsite — full-day facilitated session
- Four quarterly review sessions over the year
- Written board-style brief after each quarterly review
- Ongoing access for strategic questions between sessions
- Annual summary document at close of engagement
Best suited for
Established Malaysian businesses — typically five years or more in operation, with a management team in place — that want an external sounding board for significant decisions and a structured approach to annual and quarterly planning.
